MK: True... very true. Did you grow up wanting to be a model? LA: ... I was ugly as sin as a kid. But I did want to be a model. When I was younger, I told my sister and some of her friends that I wanted to be a model. They laughed me out of the room.
MK: Aww... kids can be mean. One last question. What do you think about the color blue? LA: I like the color blue, because its a safe color. You can mix blue with so much and have it work. Dark blues, bright blues… they all say a lot, but are not tacky in their expressiveness. Blue is also a sedated emotion, which I added into my photos and fashion work just for the contrast. In a lot of the photos or fashion, there is chaos. The blue helps to tone it down to something more... real.
