Alana is a senior at Iona College who is majoring in Journalism and minoring in English. She also plans to attend Iona to earn her Masters in Teaching, with a specialization in English. She has been writing for Redefine since 2004 but also freelances for Shut Up! Magazine and AbsolutePunk.net. She enjoys horror movies, dancing, baking/cooking, the smell of peppermint, partying, '57 Thunderbirds, and Marilyn Monroe. She DJs a radio show, In The Pit, every Thursday night.
